Kenny and the other people at Tri-State Shell provided fantastic service. When Kenny heard we were stuck on the interstate he made sure he got us off the highway asap. Since it's was after hours for all the local repair shops, he gave us a ride to a local hotel. He and the other repair people kept us informed about options for repair and the status and got us back on the road early the next day.

Jeff, his daughter, and the staff helped us out immensely!! We made an appointment and dropped off an older car for evaluation of some smoke coming from the hood. He evaluated it, called us with an estimate a couple of hours later, as to what needing fixing, and also gave us his honest opinion about the age of the car and whether it would be worth fixing or trying to sell it. We are very grateful and will be back to service all our cars.. he also went above and beyond helping us remove a stubborn license plate bracket!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you so much!!!
